We’re a small, family-run crew of people who genuinely love dogs—sloppy kisses, dog hair and all.
Hi! I’m Bailey.
Founder + Lead Walker
I’ve always loved animals and grew up surrounded by them. I’m originally from Pennsylvania, but after graduating from College of Charleston in 2016, Charleston always felt like home. I eventually made my way back, and now I get to spend my days doing two of my favorite things—being outside and hanging out with dogs.
Porch & Pup really started because I wanted this kind of dog care for myself. Whenever I traveled, I found it surprisingly hard to find someone I completely trusted with my dog—someone reliable and responsible, but also someone who loves my dogs as much as I do!
So I decided to create it myself.
I built a small local team of fellow dog people who feel the same way. Give us the hyper dogs, the puppies, the old puppers, and the big dogs who think they’re lap dogs. We’re here for the walks, the playtime, and especially the snuggles.
Basically, we love dogs—and we’ll love yours like one of our own.
Meet Andrew
Dog Dad + Knows a Vet or Two
Andrew has spent nearly a decade working in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry and has built relationships with veterinary practices throughout the Charleston area.
Translation: he knows a lot about the local pet-care world—and a lot of vets.
When he’s not at his day job, Andrew is part of the family operation behind Porch & Pup. You may see him helping Bailey with overnight stays, tagging along for dog duty, or stepping in when an extra set of hands is needed.
He brings years of experience working alongside veterinary professionals, a calm presence, and—most importantly—a genuine love for dogs!
Together, we’re the family behind Porch & Pup. And when your dog is with us, they’re part of it too.
